 The team trophy went to the Hamilton Boxing Club - coach Brodie Boone - who presented 7 boxers & all won Gold in their divisions. Brodie's 2nd win of a team trophy, ended the tournament with a score of 50 points. Second place was secured by Black Eye Boxing Club, Brantford, Bill Williams & his crew of coaches, who presented a great showing with their boxers as well.

 Winner of the Best Female Novice was Shelby Dines from Lakeview Boxing Club, Goderich

Winner of the Best Female Open was Natasha (Nightmare) Spence from Destiny, Kitchener

Winner of the Best Male Novice was Namah Daghir from Hamilton Boxing Club

Winner of the Best Male Open was Marc (Pac-man) Pagcaliwangan from Boomerz in London

 Scoring: 1 point per bout; 1 point for Bronze; 3 points for Silver & 5 points for GoldThe point system was created by

Syd Vanderpool of Destiny & has been used successfully for the past 2 years.

 There were bouts that were so close that a 'Draw' would have been easy to declare but the judges are there to make a

difficult decision & usually unappreciated. Our judges work hard & volunteer their time & effort to do their very best in securing that the proper boxer wins his/her bout. There is no thanks given to these volunteers who give up their free time to help the boxers & clubs with their events. A big 'Thanks' is due to Bill Hardy the Director of Officials, Brodie Boone the Assistant to the Director of Officials; Raymond Olubowale; Ian Vanderpool; Marilyn Taylor; Shawn Hardy; Jon Broom & Desi for Timekeeping. We are not to overlook our famed doctor, Hamilton, Dr. Joe Falletta whose expertise is essential at all our boxing bouts. Working with the administrative was Sophie Melki & Sherry Boone.

Brodie Boone with assistance from Kirk Killam, Bill Williams, Lawrence Boom, Syd Vanderpool & the other coaches that stayed to assist with the draw & the line-up. Working to-gether always is better than working apart. Good job guys!! You helped create a great program & with safe bouts & only had one boxer, Hank Boone's boxer, without a bout.

There were many volunteers who deserve a great 'Thank you' including the Security Team from London who manned the entrances with great care. The hotel provided nice rooms & great assistance to the administrators.

 There were some good entries this year & more will be expected next year.

 Now let's try to make the next shows great as well. We have done well so far this year but let's remember, we are here to support each other.
